Return Policy
Return Policy:
85 Down South will gladly accept your returns within 14 days of fulfillment for store credit only. Item must be returned in condition you received the item in. Must be unworn or unwashed in order to receive the store credit and have no sign of stains.
Please attach your name and order number so we can correctly issue store credit back to you. Store credit will be sent as a e-credit gift card directly to your email once we have received the item back in it's original condition.
Final sale items can not be returned or exchanged. Final sale items include:
- Jewelry
- Hat & Hair Accessories
- Handbags & Wallets
- Items marked on sale/final sale
Defective Items:
If you received a defective item, please contact us through email info@85downsouth.com
You have up to 3 days upon receiving the item or it will no longer qualify for return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
85 Down South is NOT responsible for:
- Delays with USPS or UPS shipping
- Lost, damaged or marked delivered items
If package does become lost or damaged please file a claim with the carrier.
